Admissions Logic College Consulting provides logical, expert advice to students and their parents while navigating the college admissions process. Admissions Logic is located near scenic Boulder, Colorado in the town of Niwot. Our clients are primarily in the Boulder and St. Vrain Valley areas but we can service clients in the greater Denver-metro area, throughout the United States and internationally.

Barb Stager’s Biography

Barb Stager began the college admissions process 13 years ago with her own children. She understands the anxiety of this overwhelming process with three of her children matriculating to college. Finding and choosing the best fit college is one of the biggest decisions that a young adult will make and can impact them the rest of their lives. Barb provides personal guidance with consideration of students’ passions to help them decide where they should apply for college. She understands the importance of college choice and the effort entailed for students to make an informed personal decision to attend a college that is their best personal fit. Using her experience and analytical skills that she developed as a CPA, Barb provides expert, logical advice to students and their parents. She assists them in navigating the college admissions process with the consideration of financial aid.

Barb has a Bachelor of Science Degree with an Emphasis in Accounting and worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Deloitte prior to raising her family of four children. She earned her Graduate Program Certificate in College Counseling (with Distinction) from UCLA and completed an internship at Alexander Dawson High School in Lafayette, Colorado. Barb is a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), the Rocky Mountain Association for College Admission Counseling (RMACAC) and the College Consultants of Colorado.

Barb guided her own children in their successful college applications processes whereby they attended Harvard, the United States Air Force Academy, Vanderbilt, and the University of San Diego. She has experience in assisting candidates through the application process to military academies, as well as working with recruited student athletes. Barb enjoys working with young adults and guiding them to realize their goals and dreams.
